Contracts for repeat training and administrator hire. Contracts simply set out the terms by which training will take place, the cost and duration, or the administrative support which has been agreed. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and The Disclaimer form an integral part of any contract, as do confirmed orders

Courses: The courses provided by Office-Admin.net are not verified or accredited and will not lead to a qualification. Course contents are  designed to be adaptable so that they can fit the individual needs of each client.

Publications: Office-Admin.net reserves all the rights to its logo and publications including booklets and mini-guides, learning materials, course catalogue, promotional leaflets, letterheads and cards and any other materials containing the office-admin.net name whether these are held physically or electronically in any format. You must obtain written permission before replicating any materials received from Office-Admin.net.

Administrator Hire: The hired administrator will help you carry out the agreed task but will not engage with you in any training. You have two options concerning how the contract for administrative assistance can work. First you can decide how long a job will take to do and pay a set fee in advance for the number of hours required. Second. you can request assistance on a specific task and then ask to be billed at the end of the task (or end of the month) for the time taken.

Orders: All orders must be made on the order forms provided by Office-Admin.net. These forms can be sent to you by post upon request or you can print them out directly from the web site (if available).

Courses for Individuals. These are for one person only and can be for a private individual or sole trader. You will be given one-to-one tuition at a business/public location (or at a private home by the tutor’s discretion) or you will be enrolled as a distance learner and receive your course materials and tuition by correspondence – post, email and phone. You may choose a set course or adapt one to suit your requirements.

Courses for Groups. If training is to be carried out in behalf of two or more persons at one time, then you need to order a group booking. There is a separate tuition fee for each person with discounts being made available if you intend to enrol multiple members of staff. All members of the same group must be on the same learning programme and agree to start at the same time and finish at the same time.

Tuition over the Internet (otherwise known as online learning or e-learning). This is one of the main intentions of this service. Clients who have Internet access but who may be unfamiliar with e-mail will be shown how to use it as part of their programme of training.

Tuition by Post. Some course materials will need to be sent by post even when regular e-mail communication is taking place. Clients who do not wish to access any of their training via the Internet will receive all of their tuition by post.

Telephone Support. This is for general enquiries, sales enquires, and help with a course you have already enrolled on and have received tuition for and will be Active whenever the IT Tutor is available.

Confirmed Bookings. Once we are in receipt of payment you will be sent a confirmation of your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, our full cancellation rules apply.

Invoices. These will be sent to both business and private customers. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Payments. Office-Admin.net can accept payments in the following formats: business or private cheque, postal order, bankers’ cheque, BACS payment, standing orders, and direct debits, It is preferable to use a cheque or postal order, Make cheques payable to “Office-Admin.Net” and send to: 28 Gabriel Close, Feltham TW13 6YE

Cancellations & Refunds - Administrator Hire: A full refund will be given on cancellations for any period up to one week in advance of the start of administrator service, provided that the booking has not yet been confirmed and does not exceed more than the equivalent of three full days in one week of administrator hire. (Ask to see full conditions).

Cancellations. Courses. You may cancel a course or a single training session at any time right up to the start of the session and you will be given a full refund. You may do this up to three times, after which you will be bound by the rules on the sliding scale. (Please request full terms). You will not receive a refund for any course or single training session for which you have already accepted learning materials (even if these are returned) and/or received tuition.

Payment of Refunds. Office-Admin.net will aim to make refunds available wherever possible without jeopardising its business. Refunds will be made by business cheque made payable to the original buyer only.

Withdrawal of service. Office-Admin.net reserves the right to refuse to provide a service to individuals or business it believes to be involved in illegal activities or whose chosen field of work is such that it could damage or harm the reputation of this company.
